Refund policy

All Sales are Final. We only deal with exchanges on defective items.   

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Orders must be opened and inspected within 48 hours of delivery.  If there is any damage to the outside of the box that may have happened during shipping then you must provide pictures of the damage before opening the box.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as plant food, custom products (such as special orders), and No returns or refunds on plastic containers, grow mediums, trimmers, fertilizers or bulbs.  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All Sales are Final and Exchange only - No Refunds. 
Receipt must be present.  
Due to the sensitivity of lights all bulbs are final sale. 
No returns or refunds on bulbs, plastic containers, grow mediums, trimmers, fertilizers or bulbs. 

Some manufacturers have their own 'return of goods' or warranty
procedures dealt directly with them.
