Shipping Information
Urban GreenHouse Hydroponics ships Canada-wide from Windsor, Ontario. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. Please check your spam/trash folder if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email.
Please Note:
- Tracking information might be updated between 2 to 3 business days after your order has been shipped.
- Extra large or heavy parcels may arrive 1-2 days later than the rest of your order. These items are sorted manually by most couriers and this delay can cause them to arrive separately from smaller boxes on your order.
- Our shipping team operates MON-FRI, orders are normally shipped within 24 hours during this time. Please allow for up to 3-5 extra days for shipping after holidays and major promotions (ex. Boxing Day, Black Friday, etc)
- Orders with liquids are shipped with a signature required from mid-December to Early March. This is to prevent shipments from sitting outside in freezing temperatures, which can damage or destroy some products and/or packaging. If you do not want a signature required we can ship at the customer's risk, please let us know via email to shipping@indoorfarmer.ca
Free Shipping over $150* (Conditions Apply)
Orders over CAN $150 placed through The Urban GreenHouse qualify for FREE Shipping, excluding oversized items. Free shipping is based on your pre-tax order subtotal, any discounts or promotions that bring your subtotal before taxes below $150 will no longer qualify for free shipping. Orders ship from our Windsor, Ontario warehouse in 2-3 business days.
For orders with free shipping may use one of the following carriers: Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Canpar, and Purolator. Customers do not get to specify their preferred carrier, we select the carrier based on speed and cost of delivery. Please call the shop before ordering if you require a specific carrier for your deliveries.
We reserve the right to cancel & refund any package where we cannot economically ship an item. If this happens you will be refunded in full and notified of the issue. We can ship to most parts of Canada with the exception of very rural areas. Most shipping carriers do not ship to PO boxes. If you enter a PO box for your shipping address and select the free shipping option, The Urban GreenHouse may have to contact you to provide an alternative delivery address.
Items that qualify for free shipping over $150 are often tagged "Product Eligible for free shipping on orders over $150":

Oversized Item Shipping
Oversized products are not eligible for free shipping. If you have oversized items in your cart, shipping will be calculated on your order at checkout. These products may be priced higher than in our retail stores to cover packaging expenses and handling. If your order contains oversized products, and over $150 of free shipping products, we recommend you place two separate orders, one for the oversized items and paid shipping and one for items eligible for free shipping to save the most on your purchase.
Oversized products will be clearly tagged "Oversized Item - Not Eligible for Free Shipping" on the product page:

Some Items are only Available for Pickup in Store at our shop in Windsor Ontario. These are often large, fragile, or heavy items. They will include this notice in the descriptions:

In-Store Pick-Up of Online Order
We offer in-store pick up of online orders to all customers who are able to do so. During online check-out, please select the available IN-STORE PICK-UP option. Once your order is received with this selected option, our staff will begin preparing your order and once it is ready, you will receive an email confirming your order is Ready for Pick-Up at our Windsor retail location!
We also welcome in-store shopping in our showroom as well, please don’t be shy to visit!
In-Stock Items
At Urban GreenHouse Hydroponics we only sell and ship out what is in-stock in our facility. We do not do drop shipments, nor do we process your order on items that are not in-stock. There are occasions when human and/or computer errors may occur, but rest assured we will fully refund your payment for any item(s) that cannot be guaranteed delivered to you!

- Please Contact Us prior to submitting your order so we can verify shipping to your destination is available from Purolator or Canada Post.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are only providing shipping within Canada.
Is it normal to only receive a part of my order?
Depending on the size and weight of your order, some items may not always arrive on the same day or be in the same packaging. You will be provided with tracking numbers should your order require multiple parcels. Worry not! Do not hesitate to contact us in case of any questions.
What should I do if one or several products are missing or damaged?
Delivered package(s) must be opened and inspected within 48-hours of receiving your items and ensure that you send us an image of the package and damaged item(s) as it was received and indicate your order number. We cannot guarantee full refund if this is not completed within 48-hours. If there is damage caused by shipping we only have limited time after delivery to make a claim with the shipping provider. What if something I am looking for is not in-stock or not listed?
We are always receiving shipment of inventory from our brand partners weekly however if there is something not shown in-stock online or there is something in particular you are looking for, please do not hesitate to email us (james@urbangreenhousehydroponics.com) with your inquiry and we will be happy to assist you with your search!
